SelfWise Retreats 2012, Polarity Therapy workshops 2012 , HeartSpace 2011 and more …

It was great to attend the HeartSpace2011 festival. Well done Daniel Coates for following this vision. I’m sure next year will be bigger and even more enjoyable. Some early risers joined me for QiGong at dawn each day. We played our QiGong in a medicine wheel crafted especially at the site by Anthony. Thanks Anthony, it was amazing to work in the space you gifted us.

Japan is beckoning so will be closely examining water crystal formations on Hokkaido for two weeks in mid December.

Paradise Resort on Taveuni Island Fuji will be home for most of January 2012. We will be providing Spa training for the staff and also helping out in some other ways at this gorgeous place.

Meanwhile here in Australia we have two retreats coming up in the next couple of weeks. A weekend retreat at North Head for carers 11-13 November and 18-20 November we will be at Gundair Homestead near Gilgandra also working with a group of carers.

SelfWise Retreats 2012. If you are looking for a unique retreat experience then consider coming out to Broken Hill for Easter 2012. There will be a full moon and a night sky out there that goes on forever. Very limited numbers so let me know if you are interested. QiGong, Mindfulness, Meditation, Noble Silence and a massage every day is a nice way to enjoy the western desert.

I will post the full SelfWise Retreat schedule for 2012 in the next couple of weeks.

Polarity Therapy courses in 2012 will be offered in Queensland, various locations in NSW, Victoria and the ACT. I will post these venues and dates in the next couple of weeks.  All Polarity Therapy training workshops provided from 2012 will be at least three day duration to ensure we have time to provide a strong grounding in a form of personal energy building QiGong and to practise a meditation technique to strengthen personal energy awareness. We have experienced in the past six months that it is increasingly important to develop and strengthen our own energy resources as strongly as possible, especially when we providing therapy support to others.
