In March and April we have had the opportunity to provide SelfWise Personalised Retreats down here on the beautiful south coast of New South Wales. These retreats are based on the same principles and are designed to support health and relaxation. And they have the essential components – Mindfulness, Breathing and Meditation. They vary because we negotiate with our guests about the timing and therapies that are provided during the retreat days. For example, one couple wanted to have QiGong, Mindfulness and Meditation sessions in the mornings, followed by individual bodywork treatments, and in the afternoons, more QiGong, Mindfulness and Meditation. This worked beautifully. They stayed in their own accommodation and did their own cooking.
Another retreat was organised at our place at Manyana and included similar features with the addition of journaling, Noble Silence, a beachwalk and swim. The water is still a balmy 22 degrees down here!
