Our Yoga practice comes from the Himalayan Yoga tradition. Diaphragmatic breathing and movement through gentle asanas with an emphasis on health building Polarity yoga postures, blended into the Five Tibetans create a sequence that is smooth and invigorating. Great for beginners and experienced people.
We began to use the Five Tibetans in 1998. Since that time they have been part of our daily Yoga routines.We are able to provide guidance in the correct use of these powerful exercises.We provide particular additional guidance in an advanced spinning technique.
